Some free tools that may come in handy for organizing your group.
  • Doodle: A preference-finder that allows participants to find a date/time that work for everyone.  Especially useful if you enable the Yes-No-IfNeedBe mode.
  • Google Apps for Education: Online document sharing and collaboration for you - and your students
  • Google+: ( coming soon to Google Apps for Education!) Video chat in a synchronous meeting environment.  Open a GoogleDoc in a second window to have workspace.
  • Moodle: Through ORVSD all teachers in Oregon have access to this online classroom management tool!
